"Lately I’ve been prone to ruminate on my Valley Village experiences, neighbors and management. An over-arching—appeal for me—is the peace and quiet that permeates the park. Others are the verdant lawns and great variety of beautiful, stately trees that necklace the park providing a myriad of color. One in particular that provides inspiration to me whether I’m reading, writing or just musing. It’s a magnificent, huge weeping willow that graces a picture window on my porch. It’s even inspired a 32-line poem as my rather nondescript porch has evolved into my “Sanctum Sanctorum.”Lastly, but not least, many friendly neighbors have provided a non-invasive relationship. Also, our fine manager, Maree Klee has been kind and helpful in many ways as she oversees the superior and beautiful park grounds, pool and spa. I have lived in Friendly VIllage for the past 8 years. There are so many activities and projects were one fells involved in the community. For instance our family movie nights allow one to spend time with our family, neighbors, the staff of Friendly Village and friends. The staff here at Friendly Village is wonderful they know us by names which is hard to do in a large community. From the manager to the maintaince guys .My experience here at Friendly Village is by far the best experience one can hope in regards to living in a great community.

"I moved into Brierwood Estates in March 2006. Here, we are made to feel like family, not just tenants. The management and staff have enhanced the quality of life and it is a really good place to live. Each month we get a news letter, which shares recipes, everyone's Birthday for that month, events the management has, movie nights with refreshments for anyone who chooses to come. The Management has an inspection twice per year, to make sure the homes are well maintained, and kept in a safe and nice living environment. The park is well maintained and kept clean. I highly recommenced Brierwood Estates as your new home, if you are looking for a place that is affordable, nice and safe."
